by accessing or buying anything from this website, you’re agreeing to follow these terms. serious talk tho — if you don’t agree with them, don’t use the site. no loopholes.
age requirement
you must be at least 13 years old to use this website. if you’re under 13, get a trusted parent or adult to help you, especially since this site includes purchasing digital and physical products.
digital products use license (drum kits, samples, etc.)
when you buy or download any digital product from this site, you’re getting a license to use it in your own music, videos, games, and other creative projects.
you are allowed to:

upload your music anywhere

make money from your tracks

distribute your finished songs
you are NOT buying ownership of the sounds. you are only being allowed to use them under these terms.
physical products (merch)
merch includes clothing, accessories, posters, and any other physical items sold on this site.
by purchasing merch, you agree that:

colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen

all items are sold as-is unless stated otherwise

you are responsible for providing the correct shipping info
i am not responsible for:

wrong addresses entered by the customer

shipping delays

customs delays or fees

lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
limitations
you can use the sounds in your projects, but don’t do anything shady.
you can’t:

pirate any kits
-
resell, share, or redistribute the sounds as-is

include them in another sample pack or kit
-
claim you made them
-
use them for ai training or anything that copies or recreates the sounds
breaking these rules violates these terms and may result in loss of access to products or services. no refunds.
ownership
all sounds, kits, site content, logos, and digital products on this website belong to me unless stated otherwise and are protected by copyright.
some merch designs may be made in collaboration with other artists or designers. in those cases, ownership belongs to the original creator(s), me, or both, depending on the agreement.
buying any product does NOT give you ownership of the sounds, designs, or intellectual property. you’re only purchasing the product itself or a license to use it.
basically, you can wear it, use it, and enjoy it — but you don’t own the rights to it.
refunds & returns
digital products
all digital sales are final. once a file is downloaded, no refunds will be given.
physical products (merch)
refunds or replacements will only be accepted if:

the item arrives damaged

the wrong item was sent
you must contact me within a reasonable time with proof (photos, order number, etc.).
no refunds for:

wrong sizes ordered

buyer’s remorse
-
incorrect addresses provided
abuse of payment methods
don’t mess with the payment system.
this includes:

doing chargebacks after downloading products
-
using stolen, fake, or unauthorized payment methods
-
trying to get products without paying
-
exploiting bugs, discounts, or checkout errors
-
buying packs just to reupload or share them
-
claiming a product wasn’t delivered when it clearly was
payment abuse may result in revoked access to products, canceled orders, and reports to the payment provider if needed.
if there’s a real issue with a purchase, contact me first. don’t abuse the system.
